Report: Chelsea set sights on 25-year-old Brazilian player, he's got same agent as Trevoh Chalobah

Chelsea are reportedly eyeing Torino’s Gleison Bremer as a potential transfer target.


According to Football London, the Blues have set their sights on the 25-year-old defender after watching him over the course of the season.


It is understood Thomas Tuchel’s side are likely to be in the market for a new defender in the summer window.
