 Report: Chelsea complete talk about signing £23m Brazilian, new player to start immediately after medical.

Chelsea are willing to talk about Barcelona goalkeeper Neto, it’s been claimed.


According to Spanish publication Sport, the Blues are prepared to have discussions about the possibility of signing the 32-year-old goalkeeper.
