The American billionaire is seemingly keen to bolster Thomas Tuchel's armoury, with several star-studded players already linked with a move to Stamford Bridge. Jules Kounde, Declan Rice and Josko Gvardiol have each been rumoured to be of interest to the Blues, though Boehly has been told he must first sign a new striker.
